The NPP Member of Parliament for the Manhyia constituency and Director of Elections for the party, Hon. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, has accused the EC of hiring some I.T personnel to manipulate election figures in the Ashanti and Eastern regions in an effort to have it conform to the results the Commission announced.
