The Minister of Water Resources, Works and Housing, Alhaji Collins Dauda, has charged engineers of Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL), as a matter of urgency, to fix one of the filter beds for use, while they go through the normal process to get a contractor to reconstruct the remaining three.
