General Secretary for the New Patriotic Party, Lawyer Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, has registered his excitement over the recent arrest of two electoral officers from the Savelugu District who were alleged to have been bribing Presiding officers in the December 2012 Elections to sign unsigned Pink Sheets, two months after the Polls.
