Nana Kwabena Oduro Mensah, Gyaasehene of Ofoase, in the Akyemmansa District of the Eastern Region on Wednesday expressed his displeasure over the late arrival of the Eastern Regional Minister to a meeting with 16 other chiefs in the area.
