The General Secretary of the Peoples National Convention, Bernard Mornah has disclosed that he is in consultation with his lawyers to have chairman of the ruling NDC arrested over his comments of making a definite claim that, the main opposition NPP was behind the recent Makola Number 2 Market fire.
