A member of the communication team for the Progressive People�s Party (PPP) Charles Owusu has stated that the admission by Dr. Kwadwo Afari Gyan that over-voting as well as double-voting occurred in the 2012 election solidifies allegations by the petitioners that there were irregularities and malpractices in last year�s general poll.
