Deputy Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection (GCSP) and NDC MP for Gomoa Central, Hon Rachel Nana Adwoa Appoh has said that despite some challenges her ministry is pleased to announce the sudden decrement of maternal mortality rate in recent times.
