The Supreme Court has once again cautioned the public to be cautious in their utterances regarding the hearing of the election petition. At Monday morning�s hearing, the court said its attention has been drawn to a publication in the Enquirer newspaper, which attributes some comments to the General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr Kwadwo Owusu, who is popularly called Sir John.
