John Alex Ackon, the Deputy Minister of Chieftaincy and Traditional Affairs has expressed surprise at the incessant call on the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) to drag TOBINCO Pharmaceuticals Limited to court if indeed the company imported fake drugs into the computer.
