New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for the Ablekuma North Constituency in the Greater Accra Region, Hon. Justice Joe Appiah says the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) and the Ghana Water Company (GWC) wants the demise of all Ghanaians if it goes ahead to introduce pre-paid water meters in the country.
