Managing Editor of the Al-Hajj newspaper, Alhaji Iddrisu Bature, has described the NDC Mahama led government as �irresponsible� for condoning the conduct of the Ahafo Ano South District Chief Executive by allowing him to still occupy his office following what he considers as his (DCE�s) intolerable behavior.
