National Democratic Congress (NDC) Central Regional Communications Director, Bernard Allotey Jacobs is calling for the arrest of Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi-Boasiako for allegedly inciting an �uprising� against the incumbent government.
