President of the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital Senior Staff Association, Charles Ofei-Palm, has welcomed the dismissal of the hospital's CEO, Rev. Albert Okpoti Botchway, saying his refusal to listen to the concerns of staff led to his downfall.
