The President of the Volta Foundation, a non-governmental organisation (NGO), Dumega Raymond Okudzeto, has hinted of the organisation�s intention to pull out of the Keta New Port Development Project. He said it would do so together with its investor partners, DY Engineering Company of South Korea.
