The jubilating and merry-making that gripped the Central Regional capital, Cape Coast over the weekend following the emphatic win by Ben Allotey Jacobs, the newly elected regional chairman of the National Democratic Congress was cut short when the constituency chairman for Awutu Senya Municipal Assembly, Alhaji Habib Dramani unleashed two hot slaps on the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Awutu Senya East, Adams Nuhu for supporting Mr Jacobs.
