Managing Editor of the New Crusading Guide newspaper, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako Jr has tipped Kofi Portuphy, National Coordinator of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) to win the chairmanship position of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC).
