President John Dramani Mahama  is to begin a three-day state visit to Botswana at the invitation of Lt. Gen. Seretse Khama Ian Khama, President of the Republic of Botswana on Monday. According to a statement from the Flagstaff House President Mahama left Accra Monday dawn with his wife, Lordina. They are expected back in Ghana on Wednesday.
