The  Director of the Reconstructive Plastic Surgery and Burns Centre (RPS&BC) of the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, Dr Opoku Ware Ampomah, has advised people who come into contact with acid to use running water to neutralise the effects of the acid burns.
