The Northern Regional Police Command is on a manhunt to arrest armed robbers who attacked and killed one soldier and a civilian woman at the Bole District when the DCE for the area and his convoy were on their way to a border town, Dollar Power, to meet with chiefs and people in the town, it has been reported.
