Consultant to the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), Eric Ametor Quarmyne has discounted claims by Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia that the Government of Ghana is diverting US $250 million of the US $1 billion Eurobond issued to the Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund (GIIF) to a private account.
