President of Conference of Heads of Assisted Secondary Schools (CHASS), Mrs Cecilia Kwakye Coffie has bemoaned the huge debts which have engulfed the activities of Secondary Schools in Ghana due to Mahama government’s failure to fulfil its financial obligation.
