Cabinet has given approval to the Savanna Accelerated Development authority (SADA) document, a source at the Castle has disclosed. The document, prepared by a panel of experts in collaboration with the Northern-based Institute for Policy Alternatives and the Centre for Policy Analysis, outlines the vision of SADA.
