Inusah Fuseni, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Tamale Central Constituency and Minister of Roads And Highways, has dragged Western Publications Limited, Publishers of DAILY GUIDE newspaper, to an Accra High Court (General Jurisdiction Division) for defamation.
