A TWENTY-FIVE-YEAR-OLD taxi driver, Ibrahim Sulley has been arrested by the Motor Traffic and Transport Department (MTTD) of the Eastern Regional Police Command for allegedly assaulting a Community Police Assistant with the MTTD while on duty.
