Two Nigerians, Maximus Chukuma Amakari, 37, who posed as the legal officer at the Nigerian High Commission in Accra, and Nwabuisi Obia, 30, who faked identify as the Inspector-General of Police, Paul Quaye, are in the grips of the police.
