Cape Coast Venomous Vipers on Sunday gained promotion to Division One when they pipped Assin Adiembra United Stars 1-0 in the finals of the 12th Central Region Second Division promotional super zonal soccer tournament at the Robert Mensah stadium, Cape Coast.
