The Ghana Education Service has reinstated the Headmaster of St Augustine's College in Cape Coast, Mr Joseph Connel. The GES interdicted Mr Connel for charging fresh students illegal fees for the 2016/2017 academic year.
According to news reports, the Ministry of Education took the decision to interdict Mr Connel because investigations proved that the school was charging illegal fees.
