The Minister of State designate for Procurement, Ms Sarah Adjoa Safo, has reiterated President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s declaration to safeguard the public purse by ensuring that sole sourcing and restrictive tender are used sparingly in the procurement process.
