The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service has cleared the two Deputy Chiefs of Staff—Samuel Abu Jinapor and Francis Asenso-Boakye—of all bribery allegations made against them by popular musician, Kwame Asare Obeng, aka A-Plus.
