Deputy Communications director of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kwaku Boahen has described the report clearing the two deputy chiefs of staff, Francis Asenso and Samuel Jinapor as being a deliberate ploy to cover up the corrupt activities at the presidency.
