The Deputy Minister for Local Government, O.B Amoah says his office has not authorized any Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs) heads to pay an amount ahead of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo’s visit to three Northern regions.
