Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia Tuesday launched the new Smart Drivers’ Licence and Smart Vehicle Registration Card, developed by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) to ensure the safety of commuters and enhance national socio-economic development.
