Former National Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Yaw Boateng Gyan has implicitly accused the Bank of Ghana (BOG) of neglecting its responsibilities leading to Unibank Ghana Ltd, an indigenous private bank becoming "technically insolvent".
