The Chairman of Ghanaian Transport Workers Association UK and NPP 2nd Vice Chairman (UK) hopeful, Mr. Kingsley Adumattah Agyapong, (Road Safety Awareness Campaigner) has bemoaned the rise of road accidents in the country.
