Member of Parliament for the people of Kumbungu in the Northern Region, Hon. Ras Mubarak has concluded that the Minister of Communications, Hon. Ursula Owusu Ekuful is serving the interest of China in the saga relating to Ghana’s Digital Terrestrial Platform (DTT).
