I write to request the Special Prosecutor to use his high office to fast track investigations and subsequent prosecution of ex-president Mahama and his then deputy minister of Health, Mr. Rojo Mettle Nunnoo, for their alleged involvement in the divertion of loans acquired to build hospitals into NDC's campaign and re-election research.
