The Civic Forum Initiative (CFI) and the Institute for Democratic Governance (IDEG) on Friday said the perpetrators of the violence at the La-Bawaleshi during the Ayawaso West Wuogon By-Election must be arrested, investigated, prosecuted and brought to justice expeditiously.
