Deputy General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Peter Boamah Otukonor has bemoaned the incident that happened at Ayawaso West Woguon by-election, adding that it cannot be compared to the 'Let My Vote Count Alliance' protest saga back in 2015 .
