As part of the 62nd Independence Anniversary celebration, the deputy Minister of Information, Pius Enam Hadzide has disclosed that on 1st March which is part of the celebration, Ghanaians are to use emblems of Ghana flag and also clad in smock on 6th March as the celebration takes place in Tamale in the Northern Region of Ghana.
