Member of Parliament [MP] for Tema West Constituency, Carlos Kingsley Ahenkorah has said that Justice Willam Atuguba’s 2012 election ruling at the Supreme Court forced the NPP to bring on board 'Vigilante Groups' to help them become more vigilant at the polling stations.
