Former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), and now Chief Executive Officer of the Atta Mills Institute, Mr Koku Anyidoho says President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo should not be praised for the passage of the Right to Information [RTI].
