A popular Kumasi-based National Democratic Congress [NDC] serial caller, Frank Kwaku Appiah, also known as ‘Appiah Stadium’ says he will start a campaign to make sure NDC’s businessman Seidu Agongo is jailed by the Nana Addo-led government.
