Mr Dennis Amfo-Sefah, the Tema West Constituency Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has rated former President Jerry John Rawlings and current President, Nana Akufo-Addo as outstanding leaders in Ghana’s lineage of Presidents in the Fourth Republic.
