Spokesperson to the Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, Dr. Gideon Boako, has sought to put an end to the widespread claim by members of the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), especially Hon. Alhassan Suhuyini, MP for Tamale North, that the Vice President Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia never said the NPP government will not borrow.
