PPP National Chairman, Nana Ofori Owusu has welcomed the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions by the President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, in his 28th update on the pandemic disease but is however calling for much caution to be taken in the wake of this decision.
