Mustapha Hamid, spokesperson for the flagbearer of the opposition New Patriotic Party, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo has condemned NPP Member of Parliament for Fanteakwa, Kwabena Amankwa Asiamah, for suggesting that the under development of Northern Ghana is as a result of the attitude of its people who fail to take up opportunities available to them.
