The police at Aiyinase in the Ellembele District of the Western Region have referred to the Attorney-General�s Department (A-G) for advice, a case in which a taxi driver, also based at Aiyinase, has allegedly chopped off the hand of a seventeen year old student, Ebenezer Bolo.
