Mr Festus Bumakama Agyapong, a philanthropist and a member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Sefwi Wiawso constituency, has organized free registration and renewal of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) card and provided free health screening for the residents of the constituency.
