The Director General of the National Lottery Authority (NLA), and a Parliamentary Candidate for Akuapem North constituency, Sammi Awuku has encouraged the officials of the Electricity Company of Ghana to communicate well with Ghanaians following the recent incessant power outages being experienced in various parts of the country.
