Former NDC Member of Parliament for Tamale for Tamale Central, Alhaji Inusah Fuseini has described the ongoing impasse between the Attorney General and the minister of Justice, the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO), and the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP), as a symptom of a dysfunctional system.
